Which credit cards do you accept? Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover/Novus cards are accepted.
Can I cancel my order? Yes, you can , as long as the item has not been shipped.
Can I return an item that is damaged or defective?
We will gladly replace or repair the item or refund your money. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply call our 480-860-9242 for a full refund and return authorize number. Please return it in the the complete package (together with accessories) within 30 days of date of purchase.
Why was I charge sales tax on my purchase? State tax is applied to an item if you live in the state or the shipping vendor conducts business in the shipping address state. Arizona Residents add 7% Sales Tax.
How long will it take to receive my order? Usually, we fill your order within 24 hours and ship it on its way to you. Then, we deliver it almost anywhere via UPS just in three or four business days later. We ship orders to Alaska and Hawaii via Airmail, usually in three or four days. See UPS Shipping Map.
Can I have order shipped to a PO Box? No, UPS or the post office will not deliver to a P.O. Box.
Can I ship my order to a different address? Yes ! When you place your order will we take the ship to address.
